The Knight of Wands calls for bold action, adventure, and a passionate spirit
The 7 of Cups is about the shiny objects that appeal to our egos
This week we’re closing off for good the period of Aries-Libra themes (which of course has everything to do with the message brought to us today - bare with me). This grand finale phase started in march, but those themes have been eclipsing around in our lives for the last 2.5y. Now, the Knight of Wands (Aries theme) and the 7 of Cups (Libra theme) came to deliver a final message. Get your priorities right. Get your values clear. It’s time to direct your energy boldly towards what truly matters. Growing up we’re taught by society to highly value shiny things: status, money, hot people, possessions, validation. That’s programmed into us. We grow up, we chase those things, we get them, we get the high of getting them. Quickly we realize we’re still not fulfilled. We then try to chase some more hoping it will do. But sooner or later we understand that’s not actually what’s important in life at a deeper level. *Existential crisis* That’s when we go on a journey of discovering what do we actually value, what is our purpose here. (Btw, if we don’t get crystal clear around our values and purpose, we default back into chasing shiny things). Cool, so how do we do that? We can think of ‘values and purpose’ of our lives (as a whole), and ‘values and purpose’ of the current phase of our lives. Both are important. But the easier one we can quickly touch upon now is ‘values of your current phase'. And it looks like: ‘What is your priority right now? What do you value the most at the moment?’ - that should direct our actions and decisions in the current phase of your life. For example, let’s say I’m a creator and I started creating content. As I didn't know where to start, I started creating content following the exact same kind of formats, subjects, hooks, language, and design as a creator that I look up to. But with time that feels off, and hard. So I decide to look into myself, and I realize what 's truly important for me right now: to build an authentic personal brand. Authenticity is the value. Now that I have clarity over what I value the most in this phase, I get the opportunity to look at what people are doing that works to use that as inspiration, then infuse my strengths and my gifts to create something new that’s authentically me. I get to act from what matters. Now we know how. So this week, the universe is calling us to - Get our priorities right. Get our values clear.
